We found an issue with the image tag that wasn't closed properly. This was a minor issue that only affected XHTML 1.0 Transitional validation.

The only thing I can guess by the warning you received is that your Joomla configuration is set up incorrectly. This module uses 'JPATH_SITE' for the path to the image. If you will notice...
the JPATH_SITE variable shows.../public_html/asdv/asdv/modules/...
and the actual path on your site is
/public_html/asdv/modules/

There is an extra "asdv" directory showing.

Does this make sense? This doesn't have to do with my module, rather how your server is configured.

We are happy to report that we fixed the reported bug. This seemed to be only an issue related to sites that were not installed directly in the root folder.
