Constant Contact Signup Majix Pro - Configuration

How to Configure this Module. These instructions cover configuration of the basic module option.
It is assumed that you know how to create a module and to set the Details & Menu Assignment of a module.
This tutorial was created using Joomla version 1.7.2

Constant Contact Settings

  1. Enter your Constant Contact Account Username
  2. Enter your Constant Contact Account Password
  3. Enter the List IDs that you want your subscribers to be auto subscribbed to when they signup

Module Header Settings

  1. Enter some text that you want to show at the top of your signup form. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
  2. Select 'Yes' to show the above header text.
  3. Select a style, the preset styles are either a paragraph or a header tag from 1 to 5. The last option is to Embed the Module into an article (please see this tutorial for additional instuction on embedding)
  4. Select the alignment of the header text. (Left, Centered, or Right)

Field Settings

  1. Enter a field size.
  2. Select 'Yes' to show the 'First & Last Name' Fields.
  3. Select 'Yes' if you want the 'First & Last Name' Fields to be required.
  4. Enter the text that you want to show for the 'First Name' Label. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
  5. Enter the text that you want to show for the 'Last Name' Label. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
  6. Enter the text that you want to show for the 'Email' Label. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
  7. Select 'Yes' if you want to show the word 'Required' along with the asteric to show the user that fields with an asteric are required.
  8. Select 'Yes' if you want the 'Custom Field 1' to be show. This is one of the custom fields allowed to receive data in the Constant Contact profile data.
  9. Select 'Yes' if you want the 'Custom Field 1' to be required.
  10. Enter the Field Label text for 'Custom Field 1'.

Miscellaneous Settings

  1. Enter the text that you want to show for the 'Submit' Button Label. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
  2. Select 'Yes' if you want to show Constant Contacts 'SafeSubscribe' Image
  3. Select 'Yes' if you want to show the Constant Contact default text about their newsletter service.
  4. If you have a dark template for your site, select 'Dark' and the image will show as white. If you have a light template, select 'Light' and the image will be a dary gray color.
  5. Enter the text that you want to show for the 'Result' text. This is the text that will be shown to the user after a successful registration. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
  6. Enter the text that you want to show for the 'Error' text. This is the text that will be shown to the user if there is an unsuccessful registration. You can leave the default from the language file, enter custom, or change the default text in the language file.
