JoomLadds Help Desk

When submitting a ticket, please make sure of the following:

  • Our Help Desk Ticket System is available to all customers with an active Club Subscription. If you do not have an active Club Subscription, please either renew your Club Subscription, or use our forum to request assistance.
  • Support is provided Monday thru Friday, from 09:00 to 05:00 PST . Due to different timezones we cannot offer live support. However, your ticket will be answered as soon as possible in the before-mentioned schedule.
  • Provide as much information as possible regarding your enquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it, etc).


Regarding your account and anything not related to software support

Please use this section of our Help Desk to file tickets about pre-sales questions, subscription upgrades / renewals, changes in your user account, or anything that is not related to software support.

Note: Software support requests from non-subscribers will regretfully not be replied (please use our forum). Software support requests from subscribers will be replied to, after they are moved to the correct category.

Technical Support

If you have an active Club Subscription and need assistance with one of our extensions, please submit a help desk ticket and our support staff will respond within 1 business day. *Otherwise please use our forum for other support options.

Bug Reports

If you have an active Club Subscription and would like to submit a bug report for one of our club extensions, please submit a help desk ticket. *Otherwise please use our forum.


Please use this section of our Help Desk to file tickets about Billing Related issues: ie; refunds, double billing, etc.
